- We inspect the property and document by pictures and video the current condition of the property prior to allowing the tenant to move in.
- Once monies are collected and the lease signed the tenants are given the keys as well as a move in report that they are required to fill out and return within 48 hours.
- Each property has a page on our website featuring photos, full descriptions, a map and driving directions.
- Rental properties are marketed on a variety of websites.
- Rental applications can be submitted online
- Leases may be executed via email and fax
